Founder
Darren has been an entrepreneur most of his adult life. He has successfully run his own companies for over 25 years, and is thrilled to have founded Mountain Medical Recruiters. Darren's keen business sense keeps Mountain Medical Recruiters flourishing and thriving. In his spare time, Darren enjoys spending time with his family.
Phyllis Slominski
Director of Operations/Recruiter
With over 25 years experience in the medical field, both clinical and recruitment, Phyllis has a unique ability to understand the needs of physicians, nurses, as well as medical facilities. She takes a personal approach with each client and each candidate. She understands the challenges of the changing landscapes of this industry and strives for excellence. In her free time, Phyllis enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren in beautiful Montana.
Joelle Menke
Social Media Marketing Manager/Recruiter
Joelle graduated with a degree in Psychology from The University of Montana in 2010. Her love of people, passion for all things marketing and desire to be of service drew Joelle to Mountain Medical Recruiters. Her ability to connect with professionals on an interpersonal level makes her a perfect match for her position, and for the company that she is so proud to be a part of. Joelle enjoys spending her free time with her family.
