 Master’s in Nursing, Healthcare, Business or related field required
 Prior Director and change management experience in critical care
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Director, Critical Care Services, will be overseeing 110 FTE in the departments of
Cardiovascular Intensive Care, Medical Intensive Care, Surgical Intensive Care,
Respiratory Services, Rapid Response, Dialysis and Inpatient Wound Care.

SPAN OF CONTROL:

 Work collaboratively with physicians/surgeons/pulmonologists
 Develop and support nursing services leadership
 Oversight of predominantly Intensive Care Units
 Oversight of Respiratory Services for entire hospital
 Develop strategy and implementation plan for positive patient experience and
colleague engagement
 Operationalize organizational initiatives and present to front line
 Succession planning
 Ensure efficient operation within productivity measures while staying current
with changing dynamics
 Align with other system leadership to develop strong working relationships
 Work with senior leadership
